Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and cannot be canceled, modified, transferred, or refunded.

Every order is packaged with care using protective materials appropriate for the season. While I take every reasonable step to ensure your fudge arrives safely, Boozy Sue’s Confectionery cannot guarantee how packages are handled once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box so I can review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
